I am also having a problem with monster.fx

I need help with removing this from my pc. I have already downloaded and ran trend micro hijack this and mcafee virus scan.

Thank you for helping with this. I am sorry but I have been away for a few days and just returned home. I am running the Hijack this program again and mcaffee scan. I will post those logs as soon as they are done

I tried the kapersky link and it does not work. I have been trying the Mcafee one and my pc keeps shutting down and restarting before it can finish. It gets to where it has found ten threats and it restarts.

That's very bad... probable these virus block your PC connection.

Please, try to run (few more times) Kaspersky or BitDefender Online Scan because they have best "logs" for analyze.

* In case that you success provide me just that log.

* In case that you don't success to run these online scanners, please download and run these two tools:

- Microsoft Removal Tool: http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,4510.0.html

- Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,2201.0.html


After all try again to run Kaspersky or BitDefender Online Scans and provide me new logs (including HJT).
