Which Patch you have installed?

For this Hotfix you need to have latest one - Patch 8.

I installed the patch and hot fix still it got the same problem screen shot attached....just wondering did I d anything wrong?

Don't worry, everything is Ok with your AntiVirus now you have Patch 8. This is just Warning message that Vista Security Center isn't compatible with McAfee.

My advice is to Turn Off notification about that. Simply open Vista Security Center, open "Change the way Security Center alerts me", open Malware Protection and Click Turn Off.
