Don't mean to b**tch here, but what does it take to get the password for the zip file?

I requested for the password on 19 May which is 2 weeks ago and I still haven't got a reply.

And why do the zip files need to be password protected anyway?

I had the 1920 error during the installation which resulted in the Framework service not being installed and I can't update my virus definitions.

Somebody please help here.
