Serious Legal Advice "Please"?
« on: 28. April 2011., 09:35:58 »
On newyears "January 1st, 2011" I unfortunately was issued a dui. I was at a family gathering and made sure to only drink a few beers since I was going to be driving after. On my way to someones house after the party I was pulled over. What I have to my advantage is that when I took the breathalyzer test one reading came out at ".078" and the other reading came out at ".084". The legal limit hear in Miami is .08. I hired and attorney to represent me for $800. My hearing is May 4th, 2011; my trial date is May 16th,2011. I soooo learned my lesson!! My question is what can I do to prepare myself for the trial, and do to make sure the lawyer represents me correctly. I have a good feeling that I can get everything dropped.

Thanks
