First of all, my advice is... don't use these services, in most cases they are scamers.

Sorry pal, but in that case, only solution is to contact Facebook team directly through this form: http://www.facebook.com/help/blockedordisabled

On FB your account get disable IF 1). you send so many friend request to unknown. 2).You try to login to your accont from an unrecognized device.
 Then facebook ask some security question to you you have to answer them and your account again activated. There is no software that tell you the password of an account.
