I often play games, which make my mum unhappy. So I want to know if she has installed a spy on my computer to monitor me. I need all kinds, like the keylogger, web filter and pc remote monitoring software.

stop suspicious process  running  in your task manager.. Or useing  wireshark and wincap analyse ur packets..Or  Scan using McAfee avert stinger

You know when your mom talk about thing she normaly dont know about you. Thes the prof.

You should tread this as any virus infection: presume you are already infected. A good monitoring tool uses stealth techniques to prevent detection.

You could start running vmware & your own virtual Windows box. No detection anymore, except if there's network sniffing involved.

The anti-virus can't check out the program. This time, I am sure she is monitoring me.

Uhm... If you are sure, then she should have told you she is doing that.
However, there's always a way to circumvent them, like Virtualizing like devvie said (if your computer has enough power to do so), otherwise, you can use a combination of Session switching/Safe mode/Process explorer to play safe/uninstall/freeze the application, given that you know witch aplicattion is the spy software.

On the other hand, they always have some way to control them via GUI or webpage, so you might try also for weak passwords.

Anyway, I dunno how much ethical is for me to give you this advice :p
