The spreadsheet automatically updates with the LIVE AVERAGE bitcoin price and as you complete trades it will convert to show you the equivalent USD value.
Throughout the day, these USD values will vary with the live BTC price however once each day is complete the profit(/loss) recorded against that day is fixed.
On the table to the right it grabs any sales on a particular day and auto tallies, then to the top you always have in view the monthly totals.
 
This provides you with fantastic clarity and of course could be very useful for accounting purposes.

By giving you structure encourages more profitable trading, it also gives you the potential to retrospectively interrogate your trades at the end of each month to learn from any mistakes and put measures in place to improve for the following month (a new spreadsheet is started each month, with the ability to roll-over any open trades).
My profit/loss ratios have improved no end since starting this project 3 months ago. I recommend you watch the video's to really see how it works!

Answer from Developer on my question which exchanges are actually supported, this was his answer: "On the TRADE tab you can enter any exchange you like! However on the PORTFOLIO tab it will always search for a coin primarily on mintpal and use bittrex for backup... This means if you have a coin thats only on C-CEX for example...you'll need to manually enter the price for it to show up on the pie chart. We hope to add more exchanges in the future."

I have seen it in action, and I have used it myself. Just by filling in some bogus trades, as I’m not in a position to risk any funds at the moment I’m afraid. But it works exactly as advertised, which quite pleasantly surprised me to be honest .

What impresses me the most is how the Ultimate Altcoin Daytraders Spreadsheet automatically updates with live prices from exchanges. No manual refreshing is needed, as it calls up the price through the exchange API automatically. The live average Bitcoin price also gets updated this way, which is a very nice bonus feature.

When you open up the Ultimate Altcoin Daytraders Spreadsheet, you will see 8 different tabs at the bottom. One is a DEMO tab, which I used a few times to try out various things. Using the spreadsheet is incredibly easy though.

Fill in the coin abbreviation you bought (BC for BlackCoin), enter the price at which you bought, and the amount of coins. The spreadsheet automatically calculates how much Bitcoin you spent. Then fill in the day you sold on, at what price, and the amount. Your profit will be calculated automatically.

Your pie chart on the right hand side will be updated automatically for each entry you make, You will also see how profitable your trades have been so farm and how much profit you made during each day in USD. Very neat stuff!

Once you have started filling in details in your TRADE tab, it will automatically be updated in your PORTFOLIO tab too. Your CHART DATA tab will also receive the same information. I really love his this is all being linked together to be honest.

In case you are wondering where the spreadsheet is getting the prices from, it’s from either MintPal or BitTrex, depending on where you bought your coins (and filled it in accordingly). MintPal is the default exchange, and BitTrex the backup.
