Multiple Phase Distribution

MTR administration has acquired the services of “OgNasty” https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18321 to provide escrow for Phase I & Phase II of crowdfunding. MTR will offer an crowdfunding that uses a proportional bidding system. MTR administration believes pursuing this style of crowdfunding is beneficial because investor demand should determine the overall price for MTR.

In summary, the final price per MTR will be proportionate to the amount of Bitcoins received in the offering. For instance, an investment of 10 BTC would net 10% of 100K MTR in the event MTR administration crowdfunds a total of 100BTC. This system makes a fair and even distribution of MTR based on a system in which the percentage of coins you receive is equivalent to the percentage of BTC crowdfunded.

NOTE: There are three rounds to this offering, spanning a three week period. Rounds I and II will account for the release of 50,000 MTR each.
